Any damaged furniture should be noted and removed from service immediately.

Care and Cleaning Recommendations for:

 FABRIC:

Regular Vacuuming: Vacuum the upholstery fabric regularly using a soft brush attachment or a handheld vacuum cleaner with low suction. This will remove loose dirt and debris from the fabric.

Spot Cleaning: In case of spills or stains, act immediately to prevent them from setting into the fabric. Blot the spill gently with a clean, absorbent white cloth or paper towel. Avoid rubbing the stain, as it may spread and damage the fabric. Avoid rubbing the material hard as this could result in loss of colour and damage the fabric. *We do not recommend spot cleaning of individual marks and stains as this damages the fabric and causes colour loss.

Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use bleach, strong detergents, or solvents or strong detergents on the upholstery fabric, as they can cause discolouration or damage the fibers.

Professional Cleaning: It is recommended to have the commercial upholstery fabric professionally cleaned at least once a year or every 6 months if it is used everyday. Professional cleaners have the expertise and equipment to handle delicate fabrics without causing damage.

Sun Protection: Protect the upholstery fabric from direct sunlight to prevent fading and discolouration. If possible, use blinds, curtains, or UV-protective window films to reduce exposure to sunlight.

Regular Inspection: Inspect the upholstery fabric regularly for any signs of wear, tear, or damage.

Promptly address any issues to prevent them from worsening.

Test First: Before applying any cleaning solution or treatment to the upholstery fabric, always test it on a small and inconspicuous area first to ensure it does not cause any adverse effects. *We do not recommend spot cleaning of individual marks and stains as this damages the fabric and causes colour loss.

MICROFIBER LEATHER
Regular Dusting: Use a soft, dry cloth or a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush attachment to remove any loose dirt or dust from the surface of the leather. This will prevent the dirt from being ground into the fabric when cleaning.

Spot Cleaning: If there are any stains or spills on the leather, act immediately to clean them. Use warm water and a soft white cloth. Gently blot the stain, avoiding rubbing or scrubbing, as this can damage the leather. Rinse the cloth with water and continue blotting until the stain is removed.

Drying: After cleaning, allow the leather to air dry naturally. Avoid using heat sources, such as hair dryers or heaters, as these can damage the material.

Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use bleach, abrasive cleaners, strong detergents, chemical cleaners or alcohol on PU Microfiber leather, as they can cause discolouration and damage to the surface.

Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause fading and damage to PU microfiber leather. It is recommended to keep the leather away from windows or use curtains to block out direct sunlight.

By following these care and cleaning instructions, you can help extend the lifespan of your PU microfiber leather and keep it looking clean and well-maintained.
