The woodgrain production process involves applying a high quality powder coated base finish to the metal frame, over which a high-resolution film transfer of wood grain is applied. The wood grain film is transferred onto the metal surface using controlled heat and pressure. Finally, a high wearing clear topcoat is applied over the woodgrain film to ensure long lasting protection.
